How Do I Reset My Password for Blueberry Copy?

If you forgot your password for Blueberry Copy, here’s how to reset it. Since Blueberry Copy shares login credentials with your trading account, the password reset process is handled through the Client Portal.

Important Note:
The "Forgot Password" button on Blueberry Copy is not a direct reset option. Since your Blueberry Copy login credentials are the same as your trading account credentials, password resets must be done through the Client Portal.

 

To reset your password, follow these steps:

> On the *Blueberry Copy Login Page or the Client Portal

> Then, Click on Forgot Password.
> *You will then be redirected to the Client Portal, where password resets are managed.

Client Portal

The most straightforward way to reset your trading account password is through your Client Portal. Simply follow the steps below:

 


Alternatively, you may also reset your password directly from MT4 or MT5. Below are the steps per device type:

Desktop (Windows or Mac)

Here are the steps to change the trading account password through your MT4/ MT5 desktop.

  1. Open your MT4/MT5 trading platform on your desktop. Go to the menu bar.
  2. Click on Tools on the menu bar. From the dropdown menu, select Options.
  3. In the Options window, navigate to the Server tab containing your trading account and server settings.
  4. Under the Server tab, locate the Change button next to the password field. Click on this button to initiate the password change process.
  5. A dialog box will appear, prompting you to enter your current password.
  6. After entering your current password, you can change either the master or investor password. 
  7. Type and confirm the new password by re-entering it in a separate field.
  8. Look for a Save or OK button within the password change dialogue box, or close the dialogue box to automatically save the changes.
  9. After saving the changes, you may receive a confirmation message indicating the successful password change. Additionally, you may be prompted to re-enter your new password for verification purposes.
  10. Finally, log out of your MT4/MT5 account and log back in using your new password to ensure the changes have successfully occurred.

 

iOS (iPhone or iPad)

For MetaTrader on iOS, here are the steps to change the password:

  1. Navigate to the Settings section of the MetaTrader app.
  2. Tap on the banner at the top of the page displaying their account details.
  3. Click on the three horizontal dots located in the corner of the screen.
  4. Select the Change Password option from the account options menu to initiate the process.
  5. Change the master password associated with the account.
  6. Once you enter the new master password, you can save the changes by following the on-screen prompts or tapping the Save button.

Android

For MetaTrader on Android, follow these steps:

  1. In the MT4 or MT5 mobile app, tap on the three horizontal bars on the upper left corner of the screen to access the app's menu.
  2. Select Manage Accounts from the menu to access the account settings and options.
  3. In the account management section, the user taps on the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the screen to access the additional account options dropdown menu.
  4. Select the Change Password option from the dropdown menu, which will prompt the password change process for the selected account.
