Commonly accepted documents that serve as valid proof of address include:

  1. A bank statement that displays the individual's name and the issuance date (with a validity period of up to 3 months)
  2. Credit card statements issued in the last 90 days
  3. Utility bills* for services such as gas, electricity, water, or internet that are associated with the specific property
  4. Television bills from cable providers (excluding satellite TV companies)
  5. Statement from a landline telephone provider
  6. Letters or official communications from government agencies regarding benefits like pensions, unemployment benefits, housing assistance, etc.
  7. Official correspondence from a government-recognized public authority or official (any documentation issued by the government within the last 3 months)

  9. Employer's letter confirming the individual's residence
  10. House purchase deed

The document should include your complete name and residential address. Both physical copies and electronic versions in PDF format are deemed acceptable.

Alternative proof of address examples

Various documents can serve as valid proof of address if they include an address. This can include:

  1. Passport
  2. Identity card
  3. Driving license

If you use an ID document as proof of address, remember that the same document may not be used to confirm both your identity and place of residence. In such cases, you may need to provide a separate document to verify your identity.
