Why is the Trading Room platform being phased out?
We’re streamlining our services by retiring the VIP Trading Room platform, allowing us to focus on delivering more efficient alternatives that better support your trading journey.
What will replace the Trading Room platform?
The core functionality of trade signals will transition to a new solution to be announced soon. It will provide enhanced tools, including:
- Telegram signals
- Real-time economic calendars
- Personalised market research
- Dynamic email alerts
- Customised trading insights
We aim to roll out the new features from September 2025.
When will the Trading Room platform be deactivated?
The platform will be fully discontinued on August 11, 2025.
Will I be notified before it is removed?
Yes. If you’re currently using the VIP Trading Room, you’ll receive advance notice via email. A banner or pop-up reminder will also appear in the client portal approximately two weeks before the phase-out date.
What will happen to the Trading Room links in the client portal and on the website?
The Trading Room link will remain visible with a notice until deactivation. After August 11, it will be removed from the navigation bar, and any saved URLs will redirect to this FAQ page.
Will indicators and trade signals still be accessible?
No. Once the platform is deactivated, all Trading Room indicators, trade signals, and related features will no longer be available. Trade signals will be back in a better form at a later stage, including delivery via Telegram.
Do I need to take any action?
No action is required; however, please note the indicators and any other trading tools that will no longer be available to you on August 11.
Will trade signals gradually stop, or end all at once?
The current plan is for a hard cut-off on August 11, 2025. No trade signals or indicators will be sent after that date.
