We’re making an important update to our banking methods to enhance the security, efficiency, and reliability of your transactions with Blueberry. This change will take effect from 30 May 2025.
What’s Changing?
We’ll be introducing new bank account details for all incoming and outgoing payments (deposits and withdrawals).
When Is This Happening?
These changes will be effective from 30 May 2025. From this date onward, all payments must be made using the new banking details, which will be provided in the client portal.
What You Need to Do
- On or after 30 May, log in to your Client Portal to view the updated bank account details.
- Stop using any previous bank details you have for Blueberry Markets after 30 May - they will no longer be valid.
- If payments are sent to the old account after this date, the intermediary banks will reject the funds and return to the source. Neither Blueberry nor our incumbent bank has any visibility of these transactions and we cannot guarantee how long that return process may take.
