How to change the Client Portal password?

If you’ve forgotten your Client Portal password, simply click on the Forgot Password? link on the Client Portal sign-in page.

You will receive an email containing a confirmation code at the address associated with your Blueberry account. Enter the confirmation code along with the new password you wish to set.

  • Please check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
  • If you have any problems resetting your password, please submit a ticket through the Support Hub for assistance.
