How to Cancel a Withdrawal Transaction

This guide will walk you through the process of cancelling a withdrawal request on the Client Portal.

Important Note: To cancel a withdrawal transaction on the Client Portal, the status of the request should not be completed yet.

 

Steps on how to cancel a withdrawal request:

  1. Proceed to the Transaction History on the Client Portal and simply click the "Cancel" button of the transaction that needs to be cancelled:Screenshot 2024-12-04  (1)
  2. Once the withdrawal request has been cancelled, it should look like this: image (8) (1)
  3. To know more details about the cancelled withdrawal request, just click the ℹ️ icon on the right part of the transaction: image (9) (1)
  4. The details of the transaction will appear on the screen as shown below:image (10) (1) (1)

 

ADDITIONAL NOTE:

An email confirmation about the cancelled withdrawal request will be sent to the registered email address within the day as a reference. Refer to the example below:
