Margin Level Requirement
To help safeguard your open positions from being closed due to rapid market movements, Blueberry has a minimum of 150% margin requirement for all clients. If you have insufficient margin at the time of withdrawal processing, the request may be rejected. As a result, we highly recommend that your positions be closed first.
Withdrawing funds from your trading account is designed to be straightforward and efficient. To ensure a smooth process, it’s important to understand how withdrawals are processed, the timing involved, and the requirements for a successful withdrawal request.
Typically, withdrawals are processed within 24-48 business hours from the time the request is submitted in our Client Portal.
Withdrawal Processing Time
- Standard (Manual) Processing – Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours of submission, provided the request is made on a business day. This timeline allows us to verify the details of your request.
- Instant Processing Methods – Certain withdrawal methods are processed instantly. These methods provide the quickest access to your funds and are detailed in our Instant Withdrawal Methods article.
Requests submitted after 4:00 PM AEST/AEDT will likely be processed the next business day. If you made a withdrawal on a weekend, it will be processed the following Monday/business day.
Manual Processing of Withdrawals
Some withdrawals require manual processing. In these cases:
- Funds Remain in Your Account – Your funds will stay in your trading account after you’ve submitted the request. This status remains until our payment processor begins the release process.
- Deduction After Release – Once our payment processor has approved and released the requested amount, it will then be deducted from your trading account balance.
