How can I edit my name, email, and phone?

Learn how to update your name, email, and phone number in your Blueberry account.

For security purposes, your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) cannot be changed from the Client Portal.

 

If you need to make changes, please submit a ticket (select Personal Data Update). Please note the following:

  • Phone number
  • Email address
Must not be shared with any other Blueberry account holder
  • Residential address
You will need to provide a valid Proof of Address
  • Legal Name
  • Date of birth
Must be supported by a valid ID or legal documents such as marriage or birth certificate
