Blueberry.X & TradingView Password Reset Guide

Follow these steps if you're having trouble logging in to TradingView or Blueberry.X after a password reset. This guide explains the correct way to update your password so it works across all platforms.


Important:

If you've updated your password via the Blueberry Client Portal, that change does not sync with TradingView. To access your Blueberry.X account through TradingView, you must also reset your password from within the Blueberry.X itself.

Step-by-step Password Reset (With Client Portal and Blueberry.X)

Part 1 – Reset Password via the Client Portal

  1. Reset Password via the Client Portal
  2. Select any of your Blueberry.X or TradingView accounts

  3. Click on the Settings gear icon ⚙️, then select Change password.

  4. You’ll be prompted for a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email.

  5. Locate the OTP, copy it, and enter it into the prompt.

Part 2 – Activate the New Password via Blueberry.X

  1. Check your email for the temporary password confirmation.
  2. Go to the Blueberry.X trading platform:
    https://trader.blueberrymarkets.com
  3. Log in using your username (registered email) and the temporary password.
  4. You’ll be prompted to change your password again:
        1. Enter the temporary password as "Current"
        2. Enter your new desired password
  5. Log in once more with your updated password.

You’re all set!

You can now log in to Blueberry.X or TradingView with your updated credentials.
