Do you close inactive accounts?

This Help Center article discusses Blueberry's policy on closing inactive accounts.

Trading accounts are automatically archived when:

  1. It has been dormant for 90 days or more, and

  2. It has a zero or negative balance.

Archived trading accounts refer to inactive or closed accounts that have been removed from the active account list but retained in our system for record-keeping purposes.

Archiving helps in managing and organizing active accounts more efficiently while preserving historical data for compliance, reporting, and reference purposes.

Access to these accounts is usually restricted, and they cannot be used for active trading unless reactivated upon the client's request.

Archived accounts may still be recovered by our operations team. You may request for reactivation by submitting a ticket.
