Blueberry X (DXTrade) Trading Guide (Coming Soon)

This article will guide you on how to customize your charts and place a trade on your Blueberry X platform.



The Chart Widget on the Blueberry X (DX Trade) platform is a market analysis and trade execution tool with key functionalities arranged vertically and horizontally, including:

  1. Trading symbol info area Provides essential information about the traded symbol, including lot size-related information; margin rate; trading hours; SWAPs.

  2. Sell / Buy trade execution buttons Allow direct trade execution when "One-click trading“ is enabled.

    In case "One-click trading “ is not enabled, clicking the Sell / Buy buttons will bring the user to a new order creation window.

  3. The new order form includes details like the traded symbol and order type, with options for Market, Limit, Stop, or OCO (One Cancels the Other). OCO orders link two orders, where executing one automatically cancels the other.

    Example:

    Current Price: $50

    Primary Order: Buy Limit at $47

    Secondary Order: Buy Stop at $53 If the price hits $47, the Buy Limit activates, cancelling the Buy Stop. Conversely, if the price hits $53, the Buy Stop activates, cancelling the Buy Limit.

    Lots: Specify order size.

    Margin Impact: Calculates required margin before execution.

     

    Protection Orders: Add Stop Loss and Take Profit orders.

    Enabling a protection order allows you to set the activation level based on price, pips, projected profit/loss in account currency, or a percentage of account balance.

  4. Trading from Chart: Users can place trade orders directly from the chart by enabling Trading from chart" (Chart settings -> Trading -> Trading from chart = True). Hovering over or right-clicking the chart reveals a "+" button near the price scale to create Buy Stop/Sell Limit or Sell Stop/Buy Limit orders based on price levels.




    Alternatively, right-clicking on the chart brings up a menu with four buttons: two for Market Buy/Sell orders and two for Stop/Limit pending orders 




    Placed orders are displayed on the chart, allowing users to adjust the price in real-time by dragging it up or down.

       

     


    a.) Users can also assign Take Profit and Stop Loss levels by double-clicking on the order from the chart.

    b.) “Add Take Profit/Stop Loss” buttons will appear, enabling the placement of the respective protection levels via drag and drop on the chart.

    c.) You can modify these levels again by dragging and dropping them to the needed position on the chart.

    d.) Orders can be closed directly from the chart interface by clicking the “x” order button.

  6. Chart Timeframe
    Customizable timeframes allow users to analyze charts on different scales




  7. Multichart
    Users can stack multiple charts in a single widget for comparison by clicking the multichart button and selecting their preferred layout.





    Users can synchronize chart elements like instruments, type, timeframe, appearance, indicators, and crosshair. For example, syncing instruments display the same across all charts, while syncing timeframes and indicators ensures consistent analysis across multiple charts.


  8. Chart Settings
    This button offers additional configuration options for the chart. Users can also access chart settings by right-clicking on the chart itself.


  9. Watchlist
    Enable the watchlist widget by clicking or dragging it into the workspace. The default broker-defined watchlist cannot be edited, but users can create custom lists.



    To manage existing watchlists, click the downward arrow next to the watchlist name. Here are the available options:



  10. My Lists
    This button displays the watchlists you've created. You can rename a watchlist by clicking the pen button and delete it by clicking the "x" button.



  11. Buy/Sell order 
    Place trade orders directly from these buttons without opening the instrument chart.

  12. Pre-config SL/TP 
    Define stop-loss and take-profit levels for future trades. These levels will be automatically applied when creating trade orders.



  13. Positions
    The Positions widget displays all open positions for the trading account.




    Positions with the same instrument can be viewed either individually or as aggregated totals




    In the aggregated view, users can expand or collapse individual trades contributing to the overall position:



    Open positions can be closed in bulk with a single click on the "x" button in the top right corner



    Initial columns visualized in the widget can be customized (add new / hide existing) by clicking the hamburger menu icon and then the “Column customization” button.



  14. Orders 
    The Orders widget visualizes all active pending orders for the trading account.


    Users can also close all active pending orders at once using the "Cancel all orders" button (located in top right corner).



    Initial columns in the widget can be customized by clicking the hamburger menu icon and selecting "Column customization”.




  15. Order History 
    The Order History widget displays all orders initiated by the trading account, detailing the sequential steps from order placement to position closure.

    Users can search for specific orders by Order ID and time.




    Orders associated with the opening and closing of a specific position can be aggregated and displayed under one instrument position.




    Similar to previous widgets, columns in the widget can be customized using the "Column customization" option.




  16. Trade History 
    The Trade History widget presents past trades executed by the trading account, including opening and closing positions. Users can search for specific trades by selecting the appropriate time.




  17. Cash Movements 
    The Cash Movements widget provides information on cash transactions related to trading activities, deposits, withdrawals, commissions, and more.



    Records can be organized by type by enabling the “Aggregate by Type” button. And each of these can also be filtered by the period in which the cash movement has occurred.




  18. Market Depth 
    The Market Depth widget allows users to monitor market depth information for a particular instrument.
    Users can view market depth by selecting an instrument in the widget, which can be linked to other widgets. Data availability depends on the broker's feed provider.




  19. Time and Sales 
    The Time and Sales widget shows real-time buy and sell trades with volume and timestamps. Data loads by selecting an instrument and can be linked to other widgets, with availability depending on the broker's feed provider.




  20. Trading Journal 
    The Trading Journal widget provides users with a platform to meticulously track their trading decisions, including trade executions and the application of protection orders, serving as a personalized trading diary. It displays trade history with key details like symbol, date, order ID, side, type, volume, price, and P&L in both account currency and pips, calculated as (Close Price – Open Price) / Pip Size. Users can add tags and notes for filtering and analysis, customize columns, and view aggregated buy/sell orders. The widget also offers collapsible views for closed positions.
