(AU) Withdrawing your funds

Please take note of the withdrawal considerations before making a request.


To submit a withdrawal request, follow the steps below:
  1. In your Client Portal, under "My Trading Accounts," click on Live.
  2. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw funds from and click on Withdraw.
  3. Input the amount you wish to withdraw and click on Next.
  4. Select the desired withdrawal method and click on withdraw.
  5. You may be asked for an OTP. If yes, input the OTP that was sent to your phone number.
  6. Input your bank account or card details and click on WITHDRAW.

 

Once submitted, you will see a message displaying the transaction status, trace ID, and the withdrawal amount:

Note: Card deposits made before the 30th of June 2024 should be withdrawn via bank wire due to the license migration.


Finance will process your request within 24 hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+10) on a business day.  If you wish to make a follow-up or have any questions about your withdrawal, you may reach out to customer-care@blueberrymarkets.com.
