Please take note of the withdrawal considerations before making a request.
To submit a withdrawal request, follow the steps below:
- In your Client Portal, Under "My Trading Accounts," click on Live.
- Choose the trading account you want to withdraw funds from and click on Withdraw.
- Input the amount you wish to withdraw and click on Next.
- Select CBA and click on withdraw.
- Input the OTP that was sent to your phone number.
- Input your bank account details and click on WITHDRAW.
Once submitted, you will see a message displaying the transaction status, trace ID, and the withdrawal amount:
