(AU) Where can funds be withdrawn?

Withdrawal Method Things to Note
Credit & Debit Cards
  • Deposits made via credit or debit cards are processed as refunds.
  • Card refunds are always processed first and must be returned to the same card used for deposits.
  • Only the exact amount deposited using a card will be processed as a refund. Profits and deposits made through a different method cannot be refunded.
  • Some transactions may be processed in increments depending on the deposited and already withdrawn amounts.
  • If the card you used to deposit has expired, your card issuer should be able to allocate the funds to your new card. If it was lost or stolen, you may need to provide us with a certification of closure or loss, and we will look into processing through other methods.
  • Once we have processed the card refund, it may take between 1 and 10 business days to reflect on your card account. This all depends on your card provider and how they process incoming funds.
Bank Wire
  • Requires submission of a bank statement to verify account ownership and ensure bank information accuracy.
  • We may require additional documentation if your bank account is in a country that differs from your registered country with Blueberry.

 

Important Notes:

  • Withdrawal requests on a business day before 04:00 PM AEST/AEDT are usually processed on the same day.
  • If your account has open trades upon submission of the withdrawal request, the free margin must be equal to or greater than 150% after deducting the amount.
    Free Margin Calculation = (Equity/Margin) x 100
  • Third-party payments are NOT allowed.
