Depositing Funds to Your Trading Account via USDT.TRC20, BTC, and/or LTC Funding

This guide will walk you through the process of depositing funds into your trading account using USDT.TRC20, BTC, and/or LTC Funding.

Steps to Deposit Funds:

 

After following the steps above, a window will appear displaying the transaction status, trace ID, and amount. If the deposit was unsuccessful, the reason for the failure will be shown.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Supported cryptocurrencies: USDT.TRC20, BTC, and LTC
  • Ensure that you are transacting with the correct crypto network to avoid loss of funds.
  • Each transaction has a unique wallet address. The wallet address used in a previous transaction will not be the same for future transactions.
  • You will receive an email once the funds are received.
  • You have 2 hours to complete the transaction before the session times out.
  • There may be fees associated with your transactions.
  • If funds aren't confirmed by the timeout or if insufficient coins are sent, you will receive an automated email to claim the funds within 8 hours. If you don’t receive the email, contact the payment service provider and share the following information:
    • The transaction ID
    • A payment address to send the funds to
    • The verification code
  • If you unintentionally send an insufficient amount, you can send the remainder, and the payment service provider will combine them. You can also send funds from multiple wallets/accounts.
  • After sending the payment, you can check the status on the Transaction Status page. The confirmation process usually takes 10-45 minutes but varies based on network congestion. The status page remains available for the next 30 days.
  • Please note that while you can deposit funds using USDT.TRC20, BTC, and LTC, withdrawals through this payment service provider can only be made using USDT.TRC20.
