      How do I claim my Refer-a-Friend bonus?

      Learn about the process in claiming your Refer-a-Friend bonus.

      To claim your referral bonus, submit a ticket through the Support Hub and select the Refer-a-Friend Program:

      If you don't have a Support Hub account yet, click here to register.

       

      Please take note of the requirements to qualify:

      Referee  Referrer

      To earn the trade credits, you must:

      • not be linked to an IB/Affiliate,
      • have signed up within the past 60 days,
      • have deposited at least $500, and
      • have an account balance equal to or greater than $100.

      To convert your trade credits to cash, you must have:

      • traded a minimum of 5 lots

      To earn the cash bonus, you must:

      • not be an IB/Affiliate,
      • be within the 5 referees limit,
      • have actively traded in the last 30 days, and
      • your referee must have traded at least 1 lot.
